A fair question
Why isn’t this free?
Free tools exist. They’re free because someone else is the customer: an advertiser, a data buyer, or nobody at all, which is why so many quietly stop getting updated. A few dollars a month funds real encryption, real backups, and a real person answering your support email. You’re the reason we exist here, not the product being sold.
Billing questions

What counts toward my item limit?
Firearms and accessories (optics, lights, and the like) both count toward your item limit. Ammunition is tracked separately and never uses item slots.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. We prorate the difference, so you only ever pay for what you use.
What if I drop to a lower tier and I am over the limit?
Nothing is ever deleted. You keep full access for a 30-day grace period. After that your collection becomes read-only: everything stays visible and exportable, but adding and editing pause until you are back under the limit or you upgrade again.
Do you offer refunds?
If an annual plan is not the right fit, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and simply will not renew.
