RepoNorth is a private, precise firearms inventory web app for the individual collector. You track what you own in one place: firearms, accessories (optics, lights, lasers), ammunition, NFA registration details, values, and history. It is a personal record of your collection, built for one owner, not a store, not a range, not a compliance portal.

RepoNorth is not a registry. It never reports to any agency, and no one sees your collection unless you invite them.

## Who it is for

One person with a collection worth keeping straight. You know what you own, what it is worth, where it is, and what you paid, without spreadsheets, and without handing that record to anyone else.

## Pricing

- Free: $0. Up to 10 items, 10 ammo entries, full export.
- Standard: $3.99 per month or $39 per year. Up to 50 items, full ammo tracking, analytics, one shared viewer.
- Pro: $5.99 per month or $59 per year. Up to 100 items, photos, NFA tracker, emergency access, two shared viewers.
- Platinum: $7.99 per month or $79 per year. Unlimited items, insurance and estate binder, unlimited viewers, priority support.

Items means firearms plus accessories. Ammo is tracked separately and never uses item slots. If a subscription lapses, your collection stays visible and exportable forever; only adding and editing pauses.

## Trust facts

- Your collection data is never sold, shared, or mined. Ever. Subscriptions are the entire business model.
- Everything is encrypted at rest, with a second AES-256-GCM layer on serial numbers, NFA control numbers, and storage locations. The key for that layer lives outside the database.
- RepoNorth holds the encryption keys, on purpose. That is what makes account recovery, the insurance binder, sharing with your spouse, Emergency Access for your family, and a single logged break-glass under valid legal process possible at all. It also means this is not zero-knowledge encryption: RepoNorth can decrypt those fields. We state that plainly rather than let anyone infer otherwise.
- Photos are stripped of EXIF and GPS metadata on upload, before storage, so a photo never carries a location.
- Your data and photos are never used to train AI, ours or anyone else's.
- Full export (CSV and JSON) is available on every tier, forever. Export is never gated.
- Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available on every account. No SMS.
- Data is disclosed only under valid legal process, never on request alone, and a transparency report is published quarterly.
- If RepoNorth ever winds down, you get at least 90 days of notice by email, and full export stays open on every tier for that entire window. If RepoNorth is ever acquired, these commitments bind any successor. They survive termination of the service.
